Well the News is out LVVV has Moved AGAIN! This Time they are Putting APRU ADIA and RSHN under the same room and streamlining operations... Well in the case of APRU and RSHN We will be Bringing them BACK to Market and Creating Value where it was LONG beat down and Unable to Create the Product Portfolios it Rightfully Fought For and Owned! This is HUGE but of course there is That HUGE deal with that Damn Debt. I address that Later and its NOT going to be all that big of a Issue hopefully. If it is we WALK!

Well as you can Plainly see LVVV is Moving UP in the world of Buildings and at the Steal of a Deal we are going to get when all these deals start closing WOW this is going to be one setup well Structured MONSTER. YES there is Uncertainty with ANY long term investment that Pays Off My best Stocks EVER have been some of the most Crapped on out there! But in the end WOW and they are still going I got in Apple and Netflix BOTH around or under $9 Pre Splits etc! and Those have for sure had the doubters. 

CDB and THC Cannabis Product are Close.

Most everything is in Place and Tonight I will be adding a new web page here showing the Packaging for the Products that we have Purchased. What is seen in the Pictures is a Mock-up of the New Products and they Look good thats for sure. Remember this is pre market and NOT Shelf ready Drawings! About the Stock "Buyout" Deal the Value here is this. Before this deal APRU had quite a few products and Labels to make the products. However They did not have the money or the Equipment to do this. Livewire is Not Exactly Overflowing with money... However with VERY little Overhead and No Debt we have to pay right away We are in a position with our equipment and Connections to Breath New Life into these Products. Once the Debt Issue is Addressed we can Move on along! Trading on APRU seems to have taken a breather now and seems that we have all the BAD out and the price is somewhat stabilized hopefully. People KNOW how many shares were issued and how much Dilution there was there When This Debt is Taken care of WOW that will be HUUUGGGEEE News. Remember if the debtors will NOT deal and the Price is NOT right WE WALK!! 

Having these New Ticker Symbols is a Important Step Forward and a Needed thing. Not for the Pot Chews so much as Because if it makes sense and we can clean this up cheap WHY NOT! Having this new stock and So many shares of it is Awesome and will save us Diluting LVVV stock in the Future I believe. Think Carl Ichan Warren Buffett's companies on a MUCH MUCH Smaller scale that you and me can afford. Would it be better if we reverse split 1000 for 1 and were worth $10 a share with 9 million outstanding?? I dunno that sounds cool actually lol Seriously though Things take time. And in the Private sector these "New Products" Would NOT have the Scrutiny of somebody who bought $300.00 worth of stock last nite because the saw a random post or Video.

The New Farm Bill passing Helps but Time is Needed in CBD Production.

As time Marches on we will have Lower priced Quality HEMP at our Disposal. As it stands now its worth about 20x that of silver and depending on where gold goes that closer to the value were talking here. CBD is Expensive and there is a Reason. Hemp Oil long forgotten has regained A Lot of publicity lately due to so many having access to FREE information on the Internet. A Herbal way to Heal and Relieve pain WOW. People Want this and thats' a Fact. The Problem with that is this We have not farmed Industrial HEMP in 50+ years in America. and at that point it was just a Small amount in comparison to earlier times. HEMP is HUGE and when we see these Market cap Numbers put out on Just how big that Industry could be they are VERY Flawed! There is No telling where we could go with this HEMP can be used in so many products THEN just think about NOW. The uses of HEMP have Not even began to be Explored. Already they Build Houses that are mostly hemp Henry ford Built a car Parachutes and Sails Clothes Fuel... On and On.and ON


The Problem now is SEEDS We dont have SEEDS Industrial HEMP has NOT been Grown in 50+ Years and the Strains were NOT Preserved All we have now id Marijuana Which is NOT legal of course under the new farm bill. There are farmers in China and other places that have seed stock but need it to survive SOON when we have Seeds in America and this Void is Fill Prices on CBD and ALL HEMP will Drop by CHUNKS in the coming years. This will give us Much more marketable Products in the Process since they become more Affordable.





Bill will make a announcement SOON. and at anytime if this Deal does NOT look Good Bill will walk and there will be No DEAL!! This is LVVV doing some Shopping and APRU and RSHN are Simply "In the Cart" Let us get to checkout DAMN IT!!! ;-)

If You have watched My Channel ANY on YouTube You know that in the Summer last year I started really promoting some "Pot Stocks" and "Nutritional Stocks" Why?? Well I have Worked with Herbals more than Half of My life and I figure thats what I know top that off with the fact that the Biggest most Widly used Herbal in the entire Universe JUST became legal for the first time in like.... FOREVER!!! I mean Its HUUUUUGGGGEEEEE News and I knew it was Huge News I just think I should have sold the shirt off of my back and put it all in my picks LOL..;-) 

First off you May or May NOT know 

WEED IS LEGAL IN COLORADO AND WASHINGTON!! WOW

And not only that LVVV is in the Game! 

There have been News releases about a Marijuana Chew and A CBD Chew for the Company and I have seen this chew and KNOW it is in the Works. I visit the HQ weekly when I am in town for Auctions etc and What I see and feel around there is just ENERGY and This Company is a Golden Ticket if you ask me. Read on for some really Interesting things that Make LVVV Different than the REALLY Heavy Hitters Like FITX, MJNA, HEMP, PHOT, CBIS etc and we cannot expect the same from this Stock LVVV Which has it's good and also has its Bad!
Well if you have been in this Industry long those tickers will jump off the screen at you. There are Many "Pot Stocks" that have jumped up from nowhere However MANY have been out there Trying for A LONG time and are due to Reap Benefits from that. I hold MANY of these stocks $100,000 plus in a few and up to $200,000 in one of them depending on the day. At the same time My LVVV investment makes these look... Well small or i dunno I hold about 4,000,000 Plus Shares of LVVV and I am rather LONG term on My outlook. However this Outlok does NOT have everything to do with THC or Even CBD. CBD will be HUGE and it will really hit hard i think when all the USA Crops start coming in and all of that Giving us attention and Product locally sourced etc. I do NOT feel Like the full effect is anything to do with the THC and I see all the other Business going on with the Energy Chew as what has really propelled the stock about HAlf of what it has done here. With that in Mind there has NOT been a HUGE rise in price as there was with FITX PHOT HEMP or other Pot Stocks. In Fact the whole Market in that sector is taking sort of a Deep Breath right now. I DO Think that at some point this will really affect the price.However it may just happen overnight or all at once because we know Bill and LVVV are No BS No Fluff etc and When there is News its going to be backed by Product or Sales etc Not Pie in the Sky.


When I was Visiting Livewire Energy and Talking with Bill he Allowed me to take a Picture and a Short Video of the TEST Product there is still work to do but I was Stocked to get to show you al this and put the word out that things are happening Its nothing that was not already released but its just sort of picture proof of the announcement etc..;-)
I have bought Millions of shares on the open Market and it makes no difference the Price it still is Tight! same deal.. Also Some people like me buy in VERY odd ways that Cannot follw the logic of ANY Wall Street Exec or anything like that and If you want the shares you will PAY the stock will Jump Up anytime someone buys 500,000 shares plus we gain 10% to 20% it seems

Everytime I have Bought a Chunk like this is Costs me a 15% Plus Premium there are VERY Limited share at the ASK

This Video shows a 787,000 Share or so Purchase and it rose about 20% if I recall 

My point of this is YES we are a "Pot Stock" SORT of now But A Lot of the Price that is Built up is on the Energy chew Business and is NOT due to the new Weed Chew~ YES the Weed Chew is going to be HUGE! However I dont know that we have seen too much of it yet. Heck people dont even believe it is what it is when I post a Pic of it. However Rest Assured I know what the taste was and this chew is what it is! 

Private Label Business

As we know there is a Client making a order this is a Private label we can assume or else there would be no order and I believe that using the Equipment to add to the Bottom Line through Private Label Manufacturing is the Turning point for MANY companies and a VERY Important source of Income that could even make our chew revenue seem trivial in no time flat. It will be interesting to see this new business on the bottom line!
Anyways the Point here is LVVV and WHY it is acting the way it is Lately. First off You may want to look up FITX PHOT MJNA HEMP CBIS These are All stocks I picked last year and one of them is up about 10,000%.. YES You read right I did NOT Type wrong (Although I AM Famous for Typing Poorly) FITX is OUT OF CONTROL and it was a simple Nutrition company until "The Announcement" LOL Yes LiveWire Energy will be puttin THC into the Chews! 

This is Something I have LONG been a Proponent of is getting Livewire in on the CBD and THC market. The AMAZING Thing is CBD Will be the HUGE one that goes Worldwide Likely But it costs 11X more to produce right now! 

Do some research on the Farm Bill that the President just signed into Law it is 1 Trillion USD again YES 1 Trillion Dollars and the Main Focal point is this. LEGAL Growing of Help in States where Existing Law permits the Farming of Hemp. Side note Montana is one of these states and My Company Discount Herbals doing some background work on a Farm that my Family owns in the East part of the state in a 3500 acre deal with a connecting Farm that we deal with! This may be HUGE for My company on a side note and I am Very Excited about it! And will Propel Cereal Marshmallows into a use for land that is already owned!

What does this Farm bill mean for LVVV?? Well it means 1 thing for sure. Although it is totally legal to possess and make things out of Hemp or CBD Hemp Extract etc From Domestic Sources and Once the First Harvests come in I believe we will see a Drop in CBD and Hemp Oil Prices 

This will have a HUGE Impact on LVVV I think because for NOW the Hemp Oil and CBD is what is Legal to sell in ALL States and has Great Value to Patients etc. THC Chews will be Awesome But there are Many Hurdles etc.Legal and Other

Remember this is a Whole New Formulation that is being worked on I Saw This Product Touched etc and I can Truly say that they are Really on Track Adding many MG of Hemp oil and CBD to a Formula Bound with Palm Oil is Challenging Now Amounts must be changed and tweaked etc.

Thats My opinion and when they are it will be all but too late. LVVV does not Hire out Promoters and fill up Boards with Fluff and Crap all of the PR that we get from Bill are Relevant and are when there is something to report. Meaning We are in the Right place at the right time and I think when this Does happen it will add to our bottom line and people will wonder where the hell we came from!!...;-)

I explain the BOOM industry Growing Like Crazy in the Marijuana Stocks Sector There and I do Believe that this Puts Pressure on other Stocks like LVVV. Anyone who is serious about investing is likely into a few stocks. i will bet I personally own Stock in 150 Companies (which is More than usual) But your AVG investor is NOT just buying 1 stock. Once your in Your in.... You read reports Study Market Averages and Trends.. Read the News... All the While You will Never escape the Ads and Reviews of other stocks and Most WILL by other stocks. Bearing that in mind Someone who invests in a Small Cap, Penny Stock / Pink Sheets or otherwise Market WILL be into Other Tiny Penny Stocks. This is NOT a Science but its Pretty well thought out..;-)
I Invested in a Few Companies Heavily last year and The ones that just Shot through the roof are My Marijuana Stocks.. A VERY Lucrative Sector to Me its like ALL Penny Stocks LOL
When I have Gains of 100% 200% even 530% in some stocks It WILL Get My attention!! Today one of My Stock picks was up 70% TODAY ALONE!! I Knew it was coming and I invested what I could as I look back Of Course I wish I wold have invested MORE in Pot I Mean REALLY!!

On a side note it would be nice for updates from this company more often. However the way that seems to work is PAY FOR IT and Pump the stock Through Normal HotStocked Techsonian or SBWIRE Not really a Great trade off in My opinion I have looked into what a Campaign costs with these companies and the Money is likely spent better elsewhere. I wold like to see there YouTube channel REALLY Take off and Honestly as another sidenote I would LOVE it if I could Strike A deal with them to Manage their YouTbe Presence I believe it is very Important.. I will Always do what I can to Promote this stock as I have Committed to do so & I am in this one BOOM or Bust

What do I think that they should be doing to raise Stock Value and Make more Money. 


Well I will tell You I have 20 Years in the Herbal Products Industry under My belt Manufacturing My own line of Herbal Supplements Millions of Bottle have passed through my hands & I DO have Opinions Only I don't know how they would fit in Not Knowing More about What THEY want for their Company.
I think they Need to Fully Utilize their Equipment and Get the Probiotics MOVING along but Not only that There are MANY Types of Chews that could be made on the SAME Machines and just use the same "Bulk" Bags ANY Kind of Profitable Chew Especially Functional is Possible. a Men's Vitality Chew "Vital-A-Chew" A ladies Product Maybe 2 Sexual & Pre/Post Menopause Even a good Tasting "Multi-Chew" and even better yet a Kids Vitamin Chew. 


One product that would have been AWESOME to have Announced last year would have been a CBD Chew LEGAL Marijuana Extract its all the rage..;-) Not only that but Chews could me made for the Medicinal and Legal Marijuana Markets. Today Jan 02 2014 is the First day the stocks will ever trade when Marijuana is Legal. This is a Business I think They Should be in and they can Make and Retail their own Formulas as well. In a Chew line Especially workout Products Like Nitric Oxide Boosters Creatine and other Protein Chews etc Some would have a Lower Profit Margin of Course But Honestly whether you know it or Not Livewire Energy is in a field that has one of the highest markups of ANY Business and these Other Products would Only BOOST Awareness of their Flagship Product Livewire Energy!

Livewire Energy is a Great Product and the Company is just now getting some Space on Store shelves etc. Amazon is a HUGE marketplace for Almost ANYTHING now day's. I use them a Lot in many of My Businesses and do sell some product there thats for sure. My Cereal Marshmallows are a Great Product and over the years I have worked hard to popularize them and many things have paid off many have not  Amazon is a good place to Showcase your products but selling them is NOT the main reason to be on Amazon.Amazon takes a HUGE commission & I really would Prefer to sell the product direct from my site. However that is not entirely what being on Amazon is all about.

On Cereal Marshmallows I make more on My site and I make more direct and every other way so WHY be on Amazon and Dilute my own Profit? Well Honestly it is quite simple! It is all about the Internet and having your name out there. Secondary Selling sites give you 1 thing that is VERY Powerful. Actually it is a Basket of things they give you and it is Un-replaceable as a Brand or as a Business.. Brand Awareness will be built and that's for sure. Also these type of sites are singled out by Google and the listings for these products should "Bubble Up" (Remember Bubble Up) to the top of search results pretty quickly. 
I honestly have come to believe that being on Amazon is GREAT and is mostly Customers that you would Not have normally found. Overall for Livewire Energy I think this should be a GREAT Addition and a step in the Right Direction. There Are other reasons this is important but there is also a lot more to do of course. Liverwire Energy is a Great Company I run a website devoted to the Stocks Stock Gambles I own & YES I do A Lot of Livewire and the Stock in My opinion is a STEAL. Its actually 7:17 am Now and i am looking for a Pomberry I have..;-) This Website and Blog is dedicated on getting the word out on this stock. i feel it is very Undervalued and a Great deal! Make sure and do your research his stock looks like it has A Lot of room to grow! 

I have bought this Stock MANY Times I would say 20-25 times i have NEVER sold any and own A LOT of Stock in this Company at this point. I am Up Overall this morning by a good bit this year. I do not recommend putting your rent money in this Stock and I am in NO WAY saying its easy money just toss it on i... NO This is a Stock Gamble like ANY Stick it is not like a bank account and could just Disappear one day along with your money. If you are NOT a investor now Make sure you understand this risks involved but if not this stick get to investing in SOMETHING!!!
